At The Positive Change we believe that it is crucial to not only nourish your career and business but also nourish yourself daily. For busy people it is so easy to put your wellness on the backburner when you are so focused on your career or business.
This is why we developed the Weekly Planner for a Healthy Mind, Body & Business. We know from experience that when you remember to nourish all the parts of you, all the parts of you can thrive and that success does not and should not come at the cost of one’s health.
The weekly planner creates a visual anchor for you to remember all the important things you need to do in the week. It also has a daily water tracker so you can track your water intake, which is one of the most important things to do for overall health, and mental clarity. Many people think they drink enough water until they start to track it and realise that it is easy to forget.
The planner also has space on the left side to put your daily appointments and things that need to happen on a specific day.
The right side of the planner is where you can list your priorities for the week. These are the things that need to get done.
We have also built a section for business building activities. It is alway important to have things in a week that will grow and scale your business.
The to do’s section is all the reminders of what needs to get done. Who does not love a to-do list?
Self care Habits: this section is one of my favourites. It is where you get to hold yourself accountable for self-loving actions each day. This can be anything from a morning meditation, to a daily walk or movement, to your daily affirmation or mantra. Maybe you want to track fasting, or breathwork or moments of silence. It can be used for anything that brings you joy and into your alignment with self. Trust me there is great satisfaction in checking this off daily and holding yourself accountable. Remember you are the only one responsible for your well-being. 🙂
The best way to use the planner is to either carve out time on Friday afternoon to plan or bookmark your next week. Then on Monday morning the first thing I do at the office is fill out the rest of my weekly plan. It is amazing how it changes your headspace and allows you to feel super organised and headstrong for the week.
